Equipment Planning

Each project has a unique set of circumstances to reach a particular point, however once the Program of Requirements & Project Initiation Documents have been complete InterMedCorp will commence a comprehensive review of the any existing medical equipment plan to ensure compliance with the client’s functional requirements & medical service delivery objectives. If none exists InterMedCorp can help create one. Our goal is to assist in the development of the creation of a list of equipment suited for your site.

InterMedCorp will review each and every item of equipment against the functional program according to the following key criteria and propose to the client such alternatives, amendments to quantities and/or specifications as required.

  • Specification fulfils or exceeds the client’s functional service requirements.
  • "Best of breed” with respect to technology.
  • "Value for Money” including cost of ownership, consumables & serviceable life.
  • Manufacturer &/or distributor can demonstrate acceptable in-country technical service support of proven competence & quality.
  • Selection represents client’s informed clinical choice with respect to published equipment comparisons & evaluations.1
  • Manufacturer and/or distributor can demonstrate acceptable end-user application training & technical personnel service/maintenance courses.
